Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age is a serious violation that will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
To use oxloto services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
oxloto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before you can withdraw funds from your account, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual (identified through matching personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other technical means), we reserve the right to close all such accounts, cancel any bets, and forfeit all balances. This restriction exists to prevent bonus abuse and maintain fair play.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of oxloto services is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You must use payment methods registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.
oxloto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and vary by payment method.
Most deposits are credited to your oxloto account instantly or within 15 minutes during banking hours (typically 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB on business days). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. oxloto does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
oxloto aims to process withdrawal requests within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 1-3 business days. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically faster, processed within 2-6 hours. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional verification checks.
oxloto does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of up to 2% of the withdrawal amount, subject to a minimum fee of Rp 10,000. Fees (if any) are clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal request.
oxloto operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to wager your deposit at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering purposes. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
While we strive to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, please note that processing times of "1-24 hours" during business days are typical industry standards. Instant withdrawals are not guaranteed. Factors such as payment method, verification status, withdrawal amount, and banking hours affect processing speed. Weekend and holiday withdrawals will be processed on the next business day.
oxloto may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover or playthrough) requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus"). This means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings.
For example, if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place total bets of Rp 3,000,000 (100,000 × 30) before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%). Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
When wagering a bonus, you must not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50,000 per spin, hand, or round unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

oxloto reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., opposite bets on red/black roulette), or any other form of unfair advantage.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements for an active bonus, your bonus balance and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. Only your Real Money Balance (original deposits and winnings from non-bonus play) will be withdrawn.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to only one active bonus at a time. You cannot activate a new bonus until you have completed the wagering requirements of your current bonus or forfeited it by requesting a withdrawal.
All bets are subject to acceptance by oxloto. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Winning bets are credited to your account automatically upon settlement. Sports bets are typically settled within minutes of the event conclusion (sometimes instantly for live bets). Casino game winnings are credited immediately. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the bet settlement. Claims made after 14 days will not be considered.

oxloto services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use oxloto services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oxloto, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of oxloto services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We reserve the right to permanently close your account and terminate our relationship with you if we determine that you have materially breached these Terms.
